1. Initially, the Foreign Principal/Employer should contact the agency thru email or use our contact form here and signify its intention to recruit Filipino workers from the Philippines by providing a Manpower Request indicating the categories needed together with the compensation package and qualifications needed for each categories; AT YOUR OWN TIME 2. To legalized the recruitment, the Foreign Principal/Employer shall provide the documents to M.G.M. INTERNATIONAL, duly notarized by a solicitor ( if applicable), authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce or Foreign Commonwealth Office (if applicable, please check our nearest POLO in your area) and verified by our nearest Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) in your country (please check the documentary requirements in this page). 1 - 2 WEEKS 3. These original documents should be sent to M.G.M. INTERNATIONAL via courier at the soonest possible time and shall be registered with our Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) in the Philippines for further legalization of recruitment; 3 DAYS - COURIER / 2 WEEKS - POEA 4. Whilst doing the authentication and registration procedure, M.G.M. INTERNATIONAL can now start looking for qualified workers based on your set standards from its database. Publication in the newspaper can also be done once registration of authenticated documents in POEA is completed to get more qualified workers in the Job Opening; 2 WEEKS - SEARCH / 1 WEEKEND - PUBLICATION 5. Identification of workers needed and checking of availability is being done at this stage, after which, the initial interview, to be conducted by the M.G.M. INTERNATIONAL is taken place; 1 - 5 DAYS INTERVIEW (depending on the number of orders) 6. The qualified applicants is then required to submit initial documents for assessment and background investigation of the agency; 2 WEEKS - DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION / 1 -3 DAYS CHECKING 7. Final interview/selection by the employer or foreign principal is done as needed to further select the most qualified workers for the job openings, this can be done thru video conferencing or personal interview or thru the pre-selected CV’s sent by M.G.M. INTERNATIONAL; 1 DAY TO 1 WEEK (depending on the number of orders) 8. The foreign principal or employer then confirm the workers to be employed thru a letter of offer; AT YOUR OWN TIME 9. M.G.M. INTERNATIONAL will now require the qualified workers to undergo Medical Examination to avoid further processing of workers who found to be not in good health. 2 -3 DAYS TO GET THE RESULT 10. M.G.M. INTERNATIONAL will then submit the required documents of workers for work permit/visa application, to foreign principal or employer; 3 DAYS - COURIER or thru EMAIL (if acceptable for faster sending) 11. The foreign principal or employer shall do the application of work permit or visa to its Immigration Bureau; C/O FOREIGN PRINCIPAL 12. M.G.M. INTERNATIONAL shall now do the booking of flights (If done in the Philippines), to secure seats with the airline to the country of destination; CONSTANT MONITORING 13. If work permit has been sent to M.G.M. INTERNATIONAL by the foreign principal, the agency will then apply visa to the respective embassy of the host country as needed; 3 DAYS - COURIER / VISA - DEPENDS ON THE EMBASSY 14. POEA processing of workers for exit documents shall be done after visa has been released; 1 -2 DAYS 15. Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) as required by our Philippine law shall then be given to the departing workers thru a POEA accredited PDOS agency; HALF DAY 16. Personal orientation by M.G.M. INTERNATIONAL is also conducted on airport and traveling procedures, expectations of the employer from the workers (should be provided by the employer), contract understanding, laws and rules and what to expect of and in the country of destination ( as provided by the employer), taxation and other salary deduction (if there is), family orientation, and amongst others. HALF DAY 17. Flight of workers to the country of destination. Once workers arrived, the foreign principal or employer shall then inform M.G.M. INTERNATIONAL on the safe arrival of the workers; 1-2 DAYS 18. An internal arrangement on the schedule of and how to do the reporting of foreign principal or employer to monitor the status and progress of workers in its respective area shall then be arranged.
